Privacy Notice

Clear boundaries for the information you share.

This notice explains what 56watt collects through this website, why it is used, how it is protected and the choices available to you.

Problem / transformation

Privacy should be understandable before you submit anything.

The short contact form collects your name, preferred contact, project context and reply language. The optional onboarding form can also collect business, audience, brand, technical and project information, plus files you deliberately upload. Never submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.

Onboarding uploads are stored in a private server directory rather than the public media library and are available only to authorized administrators.

03How can I make a privacy request?
